I was sent a suspicious medical invoice in mail stating I owe $935 this letter contains many different addresses and names of two different companies. The letter is offering discounts on a medical bill that I do not owe. You only can pay two ways online and by phone. It has a suspicious address that is a P.O. Box number. The addresses represented in the invoice has a Florida address, Nebraska address, and Mississippi address and says do not pay by mail. I called my local hospital and the billing department says I do not owe any money.
