The site is supposed to be an app you can use to guide a intermittent fasting schedule based on your personal health conditions and activity levels. I started the process and my 23 year old daughter saw my phone and that I just had to pay at that point, she completed it and then told me she had helped me by completing the joining process. I DID NOT want to join at that point because I was leary. Once she told me she had finished the enrollment process, I immediately contacted the company's billing department to cancel the subscription and get my initial $36.75 returned to me . The person I messaged with used the name Daria Rodrigues and said my request had been granted and my $ should be deposited back into the account I used in a couple of days. The initial transaction took place on January 15th, 2023 and it has been 21 days with NO money returned. I have contacted them 6 times and the only response is we're sorry and my request was granted and it should be returned at any time. I think it is a front for scamming, because I have yet to get my money back, she is vague in her responses and there is no phone number to call that I can find.
