I placed the order online for a pair of sunglasses I wanted. After entering my debt card it processed and sent me a confirmation. I waited multiple weeks and did not receive the sunglasses. I contacted the support they informed me my package was on its way it takes 3 to 5 business days...I waited for 5 more days still nothing....I waited another 3 days...nothing. I sent another email ask where my package was they informed my the USPS was on strike so it might take awhile. I waited another 5 days....I went down to the local post office and ask about a strike and they informed me there was not strike. I sent another email for a full refund no response I sent another email for refund still no response. At this point I lost my money, but I would like to prevent anyone else from this happing to, so thats why Im filling a complaint.
