Tried purchasing a Rottweiler puppy from these people. Sent purchase money of $580 to cash app to Robert Melnyk and $500 to Elisabeth Toupo through Zelle. There was no pup delivered nor crate rented to transport the pup. They also tried to extract more monies of $857 for a fake insurance. They were operating as GOD gearing honest people whom in turn are straight devils preying on the we'll intending. I might be able to recover a $1000 due to disputes going through my financial institution. They ask of you to deposit the monies into the apps so an institution won't be involved, that way there's no paper trail to them. But I decided to not deposit the monies into the app but withdraw from my debit therefore a fraud investigation has been launched and I should recover all except the $580 which I did send through cash app itself.
