I have been a customer of BigOs for about a year. 4 times they tried to not pay me. Today was the last straw informing me that I needed to put platforms number on cash note. So they are keeping my money. $20 well spent. I play $120 a week. I will now get to save.

I've been using Big O's for a year and a half And I have to give them credit where it is due. Yes there is a delay with the payouts but we have to understand they are doing the best they can. It's like if u are at your job are you going to let everyone in your register? No your not. It seems like there are specific times and people who do the payouts . Maybe the people with seniority who can be trusted cause let's face it...not everyone in the work place can be trusted 100% of the time. They are running a business and in the entire time Ive been using them they have never called me out of my name , not once kept my donation, 9 out of 10 times my donation is added promptly and correctly, and have always paid me when I ask to redeem. Have u seen how many members they have? Last time I checked it was about 3,500 members. Tha is a lot compared to the few workers we see the have by the names on their cash tags. They have to deal with all of us and our impatient selves who want to gamble while they are just trying to get thru their work day. And yes they change cash tags often only because they reach the max amount allowed to be added to a cash tag per week. I think it's $7500 a week. I mean we could be having to go to the illegal gamerooms hoping we don't get caught up in a raid and who knows what else that could lead to. So let's be patient and respectful to people trying their best to do their job. Thank you Big O's. Y'all are doing great!

Problem every single time with redemptions

They are quick to take your deposits and load the credits on your game of choice. However when it comes time to redeem they are literally the worst service provider I have ever dealt with. Every single time no matter if it’s $500 or $50 there’s always a delay. Always. They send the same generic response (or they just ignore you and don’t send a response at all) about having high redemption requests and putting your in line to receive your cash out and then hours and hours later they send it usually after having to ask about it again. They are quick to respond if you send them a text asking for the current cash tag to make a deposit while simultaneously failing to respond at all to someone else asking for a redemption. They’ve done this to my husband so many times that I point blank refuse to spend any money at all with them. I used to but after seeing how unprofessional they are when it comes to you winning and wanting your money I personally stopped and found somewhere else to play that has never had a problem having enough money to cash people out. However for whatever reason my husband continues to play with them daily and continues to have these same issues every single time he try’s to redeem. After the 10+ time they have ignored, avoided and procrastinated on redeeming for him I decided to write this review so that people can know that there are literally hundreds of people that run this same business with the same games that are capable of cashing you out without giving you a headache like these people will. Yes there are scammers and Big Os will give you your money… eventually… but there are better people to play with by far. Do some research and spend your money elsewhere until Big Os gets it together.

Worthless customer service, but great payout percentages, if they actually send it!!!

I generally always have a pretty good experience with this online casino, besides having to deal with lazy and rude employees generally the ones in night shift who are ALL incompetent of being able to read a text message or review a screenshot sent more than once, I've had some pretty good luck on their platform and is the one and only reason I continue to play with big Os…

I have 3 complaints, and I am choosing to not air it here, I'll just give y'all the gist of my complaints without all of the extensive details… They ripped me off for a $500 payout and refused to provide me with proof that they sent it to me already. They called me out of my name and blocked my number. I know this was not an executive choice seeing as I was not banned in general, but yet only blocked from one number by a disgruntled employee who was in the wrong, couldn't read a screenshot, and proceeded to call me trash before blocking my number. And also I never received my login information upon my request from my new and REGISTERED number with them, stating that it was sent to my old and unavailable number and “that was the only thing they could do for me about it”
These complaints were emailed directly to the CEO Orlando Flores and never even responded with a solution, or apology.
So with all of this being said. The chance of luck (personally) with the platform is great enough to censor my complaint with the hopes of them not banning me completely from using them in the future. And I would like to also add that I have had many experiences where they have politely and promptly resolved my issues for me and have even had times where they added extra credits due to errors, and lengthy wait times due to my loyalty to the company.
So in conclusion, I've had a fair share of great and not so great experiences dealing with big Os social game room. At this point in time, my experiences that were the worst don't over weigh my good and most lucky experiences playing. So I'd say it's a 70/30 of good vs. Bad in my personal experiences with this particular online casino. I hope this all makes sense. And I haven't rambled on too much. Take it all how you may just keep in mind, these are my OWN personal experiences, and I have NO reason whatsoever to waste ANYONE's time, especially of my own, to rant on about untrue statements.

I wish everyone the best of luck out there a ND all I can offer in advice is TO DO YOUR RESEARCH when choosing a place to spend your hard-earned money. Especially when playing at a GAME OF CHANCE!

One last thing if it matters is… YES, I DO & WILL CONTINUE to refer BIG Os to my friends and family, but add a disclaimer on how [censored]ty the customer service can be from time to time and. To make sure they do everything correctly, or they could be out of money, they send these people. READ THE WEBAITE ENTIRELY! ALL THE INFORMATION YOU NEED CAN BE FOUND ON THE HOME PAGE! GOOD LUCK!

Big O's is in the business of scamming people! I was banned after having my VoIP number reassigned twice . I needed help with a donation I sent and still had not been added after 5 HOURS of waiting. I was them told I was banned and my deposit was VOID. WTH?! THEY ARE THEIVES. We are a hard working family and are paycheck to paycheck and the fact that they can just ban people when and for the most ridiculous reason is beyond slimy business. DO NOT PLAY HERE THEY ARE A SCAM. I also had money stolen as they had two tags and the one I sent to they said wasn't their. Didn't get my money back nor put on my account.. such a terrible business

Now I know you lying they suck and got thousand from me before I realize how much they scam and cheat .they 100% cheat with a box called game control so when your winning ,then all of a sudden you start losing all you money and can’t kill a fish you know they done turned it on. Incompetent scammers , STAY AWAY

They will rip you off simply for the fact that they don’t know how to run a business. Constantly fumbling deposits and.then threatening to ban you if you challenge or question them. They are always hitting up the customer for tips when they have done anything but earn one. I could go on and I.on about this business. Big O's Social Club is an upstanding business and has paid out thousands to me alone. They are prompt and courteous. I have a feeling whoever complains on them is mad because they lost and couldn't win their money back. Absolutely not! This is probably an employee of big O's ?! You guys have changed so much yeah in the beginning you were outstanding but as time progressed and your business grew it has gone to your head. Your customer service is [censored] anymore your reps are rude and can't keep track of deposits not to mention threatening to ban every other conversation when you don't like or don't want to deal with an issue.
