I ordered some things from what I thought was Big Lots as they were closing a bunch of their stores. I paid with my debit/credit card. I was sent an email thanking me for my order and that they were getting my order ready to be shipped. It also said they will notify me when my order is sent. I was given an order number as well. I never received notification that it was sent so I tried to call the number from the site but it said number was out of service and so I sent an email to the email address provided. I received an email stating that they couldn't find my order and to send a screenshot or more information about my order and they would check into it. It was signed by Grace in the customer service dept. I placed the order on December 25th, 2024 and sent the email December 29th, 2024 as well as i received an email back that day. On December 31st, 2024 I emailed them again. I sent the email to [email protected]. I had received an email the day prior from Grace stating that they couldn't find my order and to confirm if the payment was successful. I asked for a refund. I have all emails from them and also have a copy of my bank account where it shows it was taken from my account.
