We, too, ordered a Big Boy Bag from this company on September 8, 2020. All we received was an empty bag, which we thought was a cover since it is not the same material shown and was unfilled. Emails have gone without response other than to say they are looking into it. Beware Glamor Galore. Facebook should make them pay back customers scammed from their platform.

WOW! WHAT A SCAM. I PURCHASED 1 BEAN BAG FROM THIS SO CALL WEBSITE BIG BOY BAG, THIS SITE IS A SCAM I HAVE EMAIL THEM SEVERAL TIMES NO REPLY...THIEF BUNCH OF CRIMINALS. I JUST CAN'T BELIEVE I GOT INTO THIS.

Definitely a scam. Only way to contact Is through email, but you’ll get no response. I’ve tried to get a refund. It is nothing like what’s shown in the picture. Not the same color size or material. It’s also an empty bag. I am very disappointed with this purchase. I have attached a picture of what I received.

I purchased 4 bean bags from this company for $79 each for a total of $316. I thought it odd that there was no tax but shrugged it off. My receipt showed that 2-7 days should be allowed for dispatch and the website showed 10-20 days for delivery. I emailed them on 3 separate occasions for updates with no response. Today I started digging and discovered that their website is no longer active, their main company (or so I believe) is Glamour Galor and their website is down as well. There are SEVERAL complaints of the exact same thing they did to me. I got scammed out of $316, my time and my family's excitement.
