The reason I ask is because someone is using a second account of a friend on FB with his profile trying to get me to buy $1000 worth of Apple gift cards & in return they, someone named Jennifer Aguilar posing as a government official, will fed ex $90,000 to me, saying I qualified for a BMIG grant. I got suspicious when she want me to buy $1000 worth of Apple gift cards & tell her the scratch-off codes to redeem the $1000. Upon receiving it, she would FedEx the $90,000 to me. Her profile photo on FB is the Governor of Alabama, Kay Ivey, pictured signing documents.

My husband's Aunt, or the person they were pretending to be, first sent a friend request, which I stupidly accepted, then they sent messages on FB messenger simply asking how I was doing. It was the response to that which tipped me off, her saying "I'm doing well blessed and thank god for life. Stay safe out there.have been wondering if you had gotten anything in your mailbox from BMIG.". To which I replied this isn't Kathy- if it is then tell me what relation you are to me. They did not respond back and I blocked then and reported the profile to be hacked. What does one possibly get from this, I guess personal info they can sell, how sad to be that person and have to look in the mirror at yourself.

I received a facebook messenger message from someone purporting to be a facebook friend telling me about a wonderful new government program offering tax free grants for home improvement, child care, etc offered by a new federal program calling itself the Betterlife Movement for Individual Grant (BMIG). A quick google search shows no evidence of such a program. I was told to contact agent James Williams, Sr. by text at phone number 717 528-6381 which I did not do. I asked this person what grade school and high school he had attended. I know the schools my legitimate friend attended. Of course, there was no answer offered.
