I went on this site to book a flight from Boston To Jacksonville and after I entered the payer information I was told that I could not bring any luggage or carry-on. I told them that I had to bring luggage and that I could not take the flight without luggage, so they cancelled my flight and said it was not refundable

I booked two airline tickets through this site and within an hour received a phone call from a gentleman with a very thick accent. He wanted me to understand that the plane tickets I purchased did not allow us to bring any carry-ons or checked luggage even for an increased rate. He stated that most people use their services when they wanted to go to a place for one day and did not need to carry anything with them. I offered to pay for an upgrade and he said that was not possible and no refund was possible nor could I cancel the tickets. I am still dealing with it and hope to make some kind of an arrangement with Delta Airlines so for an increased price can take luggage. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! YOU WILL BE SORELY DISAPPOINTED, AND IN THE LONG RUN, IT WILL COST YOU MORE MONEY ALONG WITH GREAT INCONVENIENCE.

Booked a flight on American Airlines through bestticketfares.com for $227. Received a message from Harry Thomas the next day to tell me there were additional restrictions, including no luggage allowed. I said that was unacceptable and asked to talk with the supervisor (Philip). He said they could waive the restrictions, but the fare would jump to $480. I asked to cancel the reservation, and he said I would still be charged the $227. I canceled my credit card immediately. Harry and Philip were the two I spoke with, and they both had a Mideast accent.

I ordered airline tickets for a roundtrip American Airlines flight through "bestticketfares.com" which had the lowest price in a menu of various ticket agencies. It was listed with Expedia and Priceline, both of which I had used before so I thought it must be legitimate. I gave them all my information (including my debit card number) and waited for confirmation. By the end of the day, I still had not received a confirmation so I called them. At this time they tell about restrictions such as not being able to take any luggage! No check in OR carry on bags allowed because of the low fare!! I had to agree to this and was told I could not cancel. I would see my confirmation the next morning. However, when there was still no confirmation, I did some research. I found out that they scam people by not ordering the tickets until the plane is almost sold out and then increase the cost claiming there are only much higher seats available so they have to charge more. I called again, to confront them and demand a cancelation but the representative hung up on me after I told them I was going to submit them to the Better Business Bureau. I ended up calling my bank to stop payment. I had to cancel my card and get a new card so they couldn't get paid. This was very, very stressful and disheartening. Please stop them.
