Three/ all clients get an email from the owner and customer service manager with instructions and direct contact info. as well there is a manager available until 11 PM Monday thru Thursday. Everything in this fake slam is completely false and so obviously made up. take it with a grain of salt. We have a competitor who is slamming us for over 10 years now. We are not perfect, but we work hard for our clients, and I'm always available if someone is having a hard time. Thank you

Type of a scam Moving

I saw their multiple apartment on Craigslist, called them they told me to apply to their website which I did $150. Never get a call or an email from them. I emailed them 3 weeks later, they told me to send them a list of the apartment I was interested in which I did. Never received any emails or phone calls, nothing. I called multiple times no answer, left messages, emails nothing. I finally talked to someone a month later, she told me she was working on my case and that she'll call me back, never received a phone call. I hired another company, found an apartment the same day. I need my money back and yes they are scam.
