Looked up OEM part for a spa I have . Purchased it from store , told it was a OEM part/ sold in box with OEM part number . Placed onto machine it broke . I reached out to Manufacturer (Pentair ) they stated it is not a OEM part . This piece holds together a filter that holds tons of pressure . This has not only put me and my family in danger as it could blow off any second but anyone else who has purchased one from this company could also be in lots of danger … I reached out to company and my home ip address was blocked . I can access site from outside my ip address.
