I purchased an item online. The purchase said I would receive a confirmation email and tracking number. I did not receive anything. I went back to the website to look for customer service. There was no phone number; just an email address - [email protected]. I sent an email requesting the confirmation and the email bounced back with the message:

Your message wasn't delivered because the recipient's email provider rejected it.
