I placed an order through bestlovewine.com for a couple of bottles of wine. I never received or had the opportunity to receive any confirmation or receipt from the order other than a confirmation email from Paypal that the order was placed. A few days later I received a notification, again only from Paypal, that the order had a tracking number attached to it. The tracking number shows that the item was delivered, however I never received the box of wine. The tracking number was probably attached to an obscure piece of mail that was thrown into the trash with the rest of the junk mail.
