Order placed, then no further contact or delivery of goods, reported to bank. No response from emails, no phone number to chase up. This is clearly a spam and I wished i checked first, money was taken quick enough but the order just never progressed, nothing received

Did your bank respond to you or do anything about it? I ordered the 3-in-1 couch and from what it sounds like I got scammed based off all these comments and it was almost 52$ counting shipping. I just wanna see if there's anyway I can get that money back.

I have yet to receive a transaction number for the item I order on Jan 4. 2022. The order number: 189-0000000000000535 I sent 3 screenshots the last 2 are the paypal I used.

Hopefully you can help me out

I’m not sure if I’m at the right place to file a complaint to boxxits but I’ll say it anyway, I waited 3 weeks for the chair I bought for £40 just to be given a [censored]ing worthless ring,are u joking,I really wanted that chair and I would like a refund

I order a large newest sofa dog bed December 31, 2021, for 39.99(which was supposedly 40%off) and 9.99 shipping. Been tracking sine the day I order. Yesterday I came home to find this little bag folded in half in my mailbox. When I open the bag, I found a lid to the top of a water bottle. The top was even smaller than the average lid. When I went online to track the package, it told me my package was delivered. So they charge me 49.98 for a lid that I can't even use.

I ordered an ergonomic chair for my home office in August. The package I received in October was envelope sized and it contained what looked like a washer on a chain that they were calling jewelry. Clearly not an ergonomic chair... When trying to get to the bottom of why my order was not received as ordered, I was told that they sent what was ordered and the post office messed it up. In short, they were telling me that the post office took the time to steal my chair and create a new package with the label from the shipper addressed to me that contained the item I received. It is very clear to me that the name "bestcustomerservice" does not reflect their business practices. Don't waste your time or money on this company they are absolutely scammers. $36 plus shipping down the drain, I won't make that mistake again.

I ordered a chucky mogwai doll on August 30 and never received my item. It's now November 3rd I've notified the merchant and they stated it was delivered. The day it was supposed to be delivered I was home all day and never received a package regarding the chucky mogwai doll. I would like to be refunded or receive the item please.
