Best cargurus.com advertise products as their products. They advertise a 3 1/2 Clear Adapter Gate Valve. No brand identified. They up charged the product by more than $30 then bought it off Amazon. The product I received was a Camco Flush Pro (not their product they advertised on their website). I could have ordered this off of Amazon Prime. They say it will ship within in 14 days. It took them over 2 months to order the item off prime and get one day shipping. This company is a scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Defective Floor Pressure Washer

I purchased the floor pressure washer the item didnt work out of the box been going back and forth with emails they told me it was past the 30 day return, but have been in contact with them 10 days after the delivery date. All the smoke and mirrors crap they have pulled sending emails every 10 days till the return date comes and goes so they can get out of refunding your money. The worst customer service just to line their pockets with cash this company is a complete sham. They have no interest in helping you get what services are needed to fix a problem. I have given them the names of everybody I have spoken to and also sent video of the product not working correctly and they just keep passing it off till your lost in the system or you just stop fighting for your money to be returned so now I’m out $92.19.

I thought this bestcargurus.com 's Pressure Washer Surface Cleaner is fine, but when I received it, it is Perfectly fine!

Notice it is hooked up to a compressor. With it, it looks like it does a great job.

Gave the store a 10 Stars! love it!

Purchased power surface washer. Contacted company for the order update. Waited couple of days and after receiving an update that my order is not shipped yet I decided to cancel it. Company charged me 25% restocking fee on the order that was shipped yet. In my boom this is a SCAM. Nowhere during the purchase I was able to see that they are charging restocking fee, instead they are garantie return for 30 days. This is a bad business idea, not to mentioned they don’t have a phone number to contact them. Companies like that should not be allowed to do business.
PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Very similar experience. I decided to cancel a couple hours after making the order. That was 4 days ago and no confirmation it has been cancelled. They have, however, taken the money from my credit card. They are a scam. Nothing good here and the stuff they sell can be had for much cheaper on Amazon.

Well I tried the wand out today, very cumbersome and cheaply made. Iike the surface cleaner, it didn't last long before it started to fail. I am very strong and have worked with various types of devices and mechanisms in my life but the wand requires s lot If "muscle" and for those are not strong you will find it almost impossible to handle. Each section is pop riveted and the adjustment screws are plastic with square threads that have are shallow in depth. Beware, stay away from these guys.

Bestcargurus is a scam web commerce company. I purchased Mingle Pressure Washer Undercarriage Cleaner from them and it arrived in a Amazon box from Amazon. I was charged $42.99. For the same product on Amazon is $27.99. Don't get ripped off like I did stay away from Bestcargurus the Scam company

I purchased a 4000 PSI TELESCOPIC SPRAY WAND and 3200 PSI PRESSURE WASHER SURFACE CLEANER I received one box yesterday from Bestcargurus which only contained one, the 3200 PSI PRESSURE WASHER SURFACE CLEANER Upon inquiring about this through bestcargurus I was told that the was complete. I have contacted them again and await a response from them.

I had purchased a telescopic pressure washer attachment I found online, they guaranteed I would receive my order within 19 days of purchase. After passing the 19 day delivery time and having sent a few emails back and forth they tell me it will be sent by UPS in the next 1-3 days. 4 days later, still nothing so I requested a refund. ( They do not have a contact phone number to call ) . The next day I receive an email stating I have been refunded $6.36 but the original charge was for $127.19. Total scam. Just hoping when I dispute the charge I receive my money back. Do not purchase from this website!

I purchased a pressure washer attachment I found online, they guaranteed I would receive my order within 19 days of purchase. 30 days later and a few emails back and fourth they tell me it is out for delivery and I will receive it in the mail. The package never came so i sent a few more emails. ( They do not have a contact phone number to call ) still no reply after i sent all the pictures showing it was sent to another house address. So i called usps to find out if it really went to a different house and they confirmed the address on the box was to a house in Illinois and I live in Indiana. They could not tell me a name on the package but I knew something had been messed up. A week later and I still have no response with multiple emails sent out and no one will get back to me. I guess I’ll have to dispute the charge and hope I receive my money back. Do not purchase from this website!!!
