While on the phone with the company, this was typed. The company has stated that they will try to refund the $635 in 45 days. This charge is still pending on my mother's credit card. Her contact information ins 812-621-1455. Her name is Linda.

We booked our air fair on this website called Best Airfares- Cheap Flights, we thought we received a good deal and my husband made the transaction/paid with his credit card. 20 minutes after we made the transaction an agent called us saying he needed to charge us $800 more from what we paid a total of $1084 since the airlines was booked and they needed to re-book us with another air line. We at first agreed to it but then later we changed our mind due to, too many discrepancies regarding our flight itinerary. The agent assured us they would not charge our credit card acct., however the next day the agent charged our credit card. This website is a scam and their job is to scam customers and take their money! This is not ethical and this company is a fraud, please investigate them and make sure they do not continue to scam other people.

I located this agency through a travel info site. I contacted them and they assured me they could get me (2) short notice round trip tickets to Jamaica. Both tickets totaled $1,461.98 for 2 passengers. Best airfares (BA) took our $$ and never secured our tickets. They told us that $1,000+ would be charged to our statement from delta and the remaining $401.08 would be from Ogule, their parent or partner company.

Shortly after the purchase I received an itinerary from BA and 2 confirmation codes from Delta via my delta app. Within a couple days the confirmation codes were no longer accessible on my delta app. I called BA and they assured me that they are working on reconfirming my tickets, not to worry and they will advise or call me back with an update.. My trip date was fast approaching so I made contact each time for status as BA never initiated contact. They assured me each time and said that delta cancelled my trip because my tickets were cheap and delta could get more money on our seats, but “not to worry because they (BA) are negotiating with delta and will get our tickets reinstated and advise”. Those promises fell through and it never happened.

Finally with (3) weeks remaining until my trip and still no confirmation, on 11/30/2023, I contacted delta & asked why would they cancel my flight. They advised that they did no such thing. They have rules and guidelines governed by the FAA and a stunt like this would not fly for 1 second. I realized that I have been lied to about deltas actions. The rep went into her system, pulled the history of Best Airfares shenanigans, she saw when the tickets were purchased, however, they kept recycling my money and using it to purchase various trips (domestic & international) under various aliases. Delta advised that best airfares changed my itinerary (11) times. She even said one of their bookings was for a “Jimmy Choo” traveling to Tokyo, with my money. Delta flagged the activity as suspicious.

I kept pressing (BA) and it appears that when thy tried to repurchase my tickets, the price they promised was no longer available, so to cover their assses, they blamed delta for the cancellation when all along it was them and their neglect to do as promised.

Delta issued a credit of $1,000+ for a future flight and Best Airfares said my $401.08 would be credited back to my Amex. Empty promises from them as usual. 1 month went by, nothing. I disputed the charge with Amex, Amex issued a temporary credit and conducted an investigation.

The next month, Amex charged it back and informed us that Best Airfares told them that they secured our tickets to Jamaica and we actually traveled. They tell me one thing, they tell Amex something completely opposite. How could I have traveled if delta cancelled my flight, like thy said?? This company is nothing short of Scammers disguised as a legitimate company.

I am in the process of filing a second dispute with the credit card company, with additional documentation.

Best Airfares is also doing business as Ogule, LLC in Sugarland, TX with a phone number listed as 713-689-9570.

Them and everyone behind them needs to be wiped off the face of this earth.

Best Airfares claims to find cheap flights, but the tickets end up being canceled despite having been confirmed. I contacted the airline and the reason is that this company is red flagged for abuse of inventory. I attempted to get my money refunded and only got the run around and no help. I filed a dispute with my bank and the company is trying to fight the reimbursement based on some third party small print. I'm paying over 800 dollars for a flight i couldn't take and they kept the money reimbursed to them by the airline.
