My husband was diagnosed with lung cancer and has been seeking treatment as advised by the oncologists. His heart desire is to own a Bichon Frise which he had earlier in his life. I know this would bring him comfort during this time of trial. I went on line and found a breeder who was willing to work with me in fulfilling my husbands desire.
I was so excited that I would be able to do this for him. We are on a fixed income and unable to provide the necessary funds but this breeder or should I say scammer lowered the price for us. Some friends were gracious enough that they wanted to do something special for Floyd, my husband so they gave us the money to purchase a Bichon Frise from this breeder.
Arrangements were made. Puppy called Ace was to arrive on Saturday
Oct. 28. 2017 on American Airlines. Money was delivered to the breeder.
No puppy arrived on Saturday. The breeder will not return my calls but has responded to my emails. He states a lie, saying the shipping agent has been trying to contact me. I ask him for proof of the shipping agent, vet documentation on Ace, and questioned why this puppy was still on his website for sale. Of course he has not responded to this request.
I have requested he return the money. And he has not done so.

I know I am not the first one to be scammed.
I just want others to be aware of puppy scams so they do not get caught up in this situation.
I am hoping you will be able to intervene and stop this person from scamming others.
I have all the email correspondences if this will help you in your investigation.
