There was two men in a truck that had Bessard Roofing and Paving llc rc29027441 want to concrete patching and sealing with Florida plates. We agreed on a price and halfway through the job he said he would need more money to finish the job. I reluctantly agreed to have him and his partner finish the job. They had to use some of my tools and did not return them. They did a poor job, instead of paying them I should have called the police.

They said they work in Minnesota in the summer and Florida. One of them gave me a bad phone number 954-918-6745. They said they were brother's of Greek descent, Mitch and Joe.

I want them stopped before they scam someone else!
