Benjamin is an app that is supposed to reward you for playing games. If you make in-game purchases, you are supposed to earn even more rewards. The app recently made changes where if you earn rewards, they are stuck in a queue for approximately 2 months. Then when you have made enough ($25), you are allowed to request withdrawal to Venmo. They charge you a fee to do this. Then that payment remains in a queue indefinitely. When you try to contact customer service, you get an automated response that says the same thing about it taking time. You never interact with a live person. My current request has been in queue for more than a month.
