Postal mail says, second notice for mortgage payment from lender. funny that inside content, it says, they are offering low cost mortgage protection insurance for loan which i dont have.

it is requesting my personal information in return envelope.

FBI or some gov body should stake this PO Box collection and catch this scammer.

I received a letter from this company stating that I am entitled to participate in their low cost Mortgage Protection Life Insurance, but it was addressed to two people I do not know. Funny because I purchased this house as a new build and therefore am the first and only owner. I called the number to sort their records out and was asked to answer questions, i.e. my age, if I had a co-borrower, and my phone number so they could call me back. Surprisingly, no one has called back. I know! Shocking!

I received a letter pretending to be from a mortgage company I refinanced with marked "Important Notice." This scam says I'm eligible for mortgage life insurance a scam in of itself. It asked to call or return a self-addressed envelope. I called to find out if it was legit but only got robo answering machine that tried to get me to enter personal information. In tiny feint lettering at the bottom, it said it was sent on behalf of LeadPros LLC which may or may not be the scammers true name. Throw this scammers crap in the waste bin and don't call them.

I received a letter saying this is BENEFITS PROCESSING DEPARTMENT and told me that I need to take out a Mortgage protection insurance to protect my $124,500 loan. I don't have a $124,500 loan. They said that I would be responsible for paying that amount. They asked for my mortgage ID number and I gave it to them and then no response. What I'm I to do know. Is this a scam?

I have receieved a few of these letters. It is a big scam some [censored] wants your information to get your money. do not do this just ignore this and throw it away because you cant get them on the phione or by mail.! Please ignore this mailing, unless you want to pay for nothing. The BBB even has complaints about them. they do not have anything to with any banks or mortgages.

Attempted to call the 800#...could not get my mortgage ID # past the answering machine to talk to a representative about their insurance...am interested, but...have received numerous applications in the mail. I want to talk to whomever about the insurance. I am interested. My phone # is 325 518 4226...
Please leave a clear & distinct number to call back. We get so many SPAM calls that I don't answer unknown callers.

I received an unsolicited promotional US Mail-delivered offer for a Mortgage Protection Life Insurance Program. It contained no company name and no details that I could track down the company's name. DO NOT RESPOND TO THIS MAIL. IT'S A SCAM! If anyone eventually finds out what the company or scam artist is behind this, PLEASE file a complaint with the Secretary of State in that state.

I received a letter in the mail from a company called benefits processing Department PO Box 6373 Asheville North Carolina 28816– 9902 I called their 1-800 number I just got a recording it was asking for information after answering a couple of the questions I read the material again and decided to check with the Better Business Bureau to see if anything was reported about the company since they didn't have a email address so I looked at the company and found several complaints from the Better Business Bureau after more consideration I decided to file a report with the Better Business Bureau to report a phishing scam

We have just refinanced our home.....A letter came in the mail saying we are entitled to participate in a low cost Mortgage Protection Life Insurance Program in case of unexpected tragedy. The Letter references the amount of our loan. The envelope says to Please return within 14 days...says Important Documents Enclosed..They sent a form to fill out asking for our home and cell phone numbers and Date of Birth..Gives Reference ID Number and a Mortgage ID number..to be sent bake in a prepaid envelope to Benefits Processing Department..PO Box 6373, Asheville NC 28816-9902..This letter could very well be mistaken as being sent from your Finance company..

"phishing for information" ?

The letter sent reads something about a pseudo loan... I am supposed to contact that phone number or 855 722 2050 and give their assigned false information id and reference id # for pay off more lies... ??????

What a waste of paper and time with false data...
