The website advertises “genuine Tuscan leather” bags that have supposedly been made by a father and daughter since 1996. When I placed the order, it took forever so I emailed customer service. They told me it would take several weeks for the order to reach me and sent me a tracking number that indicated the items were being shipped from China. It took over a month to receive the items and when I did, they are definitely not handmade Tuscan leather! They aren’t even real leather, they feel like plastic. And they are much smaller than advertised. One bag even has a label in Chinese! They’re total garbage and I would not recommend anyone else fall for this.
