SCAMMERS

Bellamour Body is one of the worst skincare shops over ever encountered. I placed my order (#1590) on October 28, by November 28 I received no products or updates on my order (despite their website noting shipping and processing takes 14 business days). I reached out and was given a run around in how my order was about to be shipped but NEVER WAS.

I requested a refund and i was told i would receive it within 10 business days. Is has been over 10 days and I have not been refunded. Their website, in fact, noted my order is awaiting fulfillment.

It is now December 13 (i ordered October 28) and they have stopped responding to emails entirely.

I reached out via instagram dm and received no response. I began commenting on their post to warn others of my ordeal and THEY DELETED THE COMMENTS. I also discovered they have certain words filtered on their comments. Words such as “email” and “order”. They did see my comments however and responded via dm asking for my order number — which i already provided in my initial message to them.

Long story short— they are scammers. They accept your money, give you the run around about your order, then stop responding entirely.

They give false attempts to assist when they have no intentions to do so.

Please avoid them if you can! BUYER BEWARE

I ordered a product from this business online only to find out after the fact that my product would never be shipped i have looked into the business and seen alot of other people have also fallen victim although 39 may not be alot from just me but i can not imagine the number of other people whos money was taken would add up and the person is just pocketing various peoples money for a product that will never come

Placed an order back in the first week of Dec of close to $100. Missed Christmas delivery. Followed up with then via multiple avenues, at least 20 times in the past 3 months. Virtually no contact back. Of the 2 times they communicated back, they said the order was on its way and that it was UPS fault. Here I am March 3 with no product, no refund, no response.

I've tried to find a phone number for them with no success.

Anyone else have a way to contact them?

323.475.6238 is what it shows me for the "bellamour body llc" business info in Afterpay I too was taken advantage of. It appears to have a mailing address of 1518 Washingon Blvd Montebello, CA 90640 Yesenia Maritza Rubalcava Reyes seems she may be possible owner?! When they strung me along via email it was signed "Andrea Reyes" The website is hosted by Square - have you contacted them? Have you contacted your financial institution? BBB? Hope you got your funds back!

They will delete Instagram comments about how they actually operate, which is never sending out your order and never responding to your emails. I had to inquire about a refund through my bank.

Bellamour body is a business that advertises heavily on Instagram with videos and “restocks” of their sugar scrubs that “quickly sell out”. I paid for my purchase over a month ago and their shipping policy even says they will ship within 10 business days. It has been well over 25 business days. They have made no update, they haven’t shipped it, they won’t respond to my many customer service emails or form requests or DMs on Instagram or comments. They have gone out of their way to now delete my comments from their site but still not contact me back regarding my order and giving my money back. I have seen others comment similar things and those comments are now deleted as well. This business is a complete scam!

Never Received Order

Order never shipped, and they didn't respond to any of my emails. Filed a dispute with my credit card company. At best, a poorly managed company. At worst, a scam.

I ordered from them a month ago and they still have not shipped out my order. They lied to me about shipping out my order over a week ago. I would not recommend buying from them. I’ve emailed them 3 times this week and not one single reply.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!!! I purchased from them and they kept delaying my order. Then they said the order had shipped and when I tracked the order they had not even sent it. The tracking info said they were still waiting for the package. I reached out four times and each time was told they would look into it. This was a scam to hold me off until I could no longer cancel the payment. Once I told them I was going to cancel payment the package finally shipped. It went from one town in California to a neighbouring town in California. I DO NOT LIVE IN CALIFORNIA and I gave my correct address, in a completely different state I might add again. So what this company did is they charged me for a product, then tried to wait out the time period for me not to be able to cancel payment. When I realised what they were doing they sent the package to themselves so they could have the money AND the product. Then they tried to say I was scamming THEM! They take your money, don’t send the product, then wait out the period of time in order for people not to be able to dispute the purchase.
