SCAMMERS

I ordered a pair of shoes for $71.60 and after not receiving any updates, I contacted them to ask where my shoes were. They said they were out of those shoes and said I would be receiving a refund within 5-7 days. Here we are, several weeks later and no shoes OR refund. All of my attempts to contact them through email, instagram, and phone calls are being ignored. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!

I have not received the refund they promised, and they do not return emails or phone calls. I have proof of delivery for the DAMAGED handbag that they sent me which I returned as per their instructions, and they said they would refund. No reply, no refund.
I have emailed several times and the phone number they list just takes messages.

I ordered a skirt from this website and paid $37 for express mail to be shipped to me overnight. That was on June 29. This is now July 31 and I have reached out to this company seven times with no response. I still have yet to receive product, a response to an email They claim that the orders will come in 5 to 8 business days after ordering it unless you overnight it which I paid again $37. Again I have reached out to them numerous times with no response. I would like my money back they don’t respond so I just want to warn all of you to stop your credit card payments to this company that is what I’m going to do

I placed and order for shoes, they ran out, credited my charge card. Ordered a dress, it was way too small for size. I returned it and now I can't get a credit to my charge card I have a store credit. I ordered a purse with the store credit and of coarse the purse is out of stock. There is not one thing more that I will order from this store and I am demanding a credit to my charge card. If I don't receive the credit then I am filing a dispute with my credit card company. I believe in NYS they have to issue me a refund. I will be checking with BBB to check on that. I believe this store is a scamming outfit!

Contact your bank. I just contacted mine today. As well I contacted google about the company and fraudulent activity and let them know that this company needs to be removed from all search engines. Also left a review with the BBB. Eventually this company will be off the internet and out of business. I hope someone files a suit against them.

I placed an order on December 18, 2021 and have yet to revive it. I believe this place to be a fraudulent site scamming people and taking their money. They are not responding to my emails anymore and I have asked for the product or my money and nothing. Buyer be ware. Don’t get scammed like me

Website advertises boutique high end style fashion. It advertises ten business days to receive item. Money is taken at time of online purchase. After three weeks I still did not have any shipping info forwarded or the product. Attempting to get a hold of someone was a joke. No response ever. I blasted the website said I was reporting to authorities and the ScamPulse.com and shortly after I received an email stating my order had been shipped. The email states “track your order here” but there is no link and no tracking number. Six weeks later I have no product and no communication, but they have my money. Others have commented on the site that they were scammed also
