I was approached for a tattoo giveaway by the owner of a tattoo parlor and someone make a fake instagram account iam.nicholasblack

The winning prize was a free 3-4 hour tattoo session. I was told to enter my card information, which I thought was odd but it didn't cross my mind until after I hit confirm to check to see if it was the real account. The sent me to this link

they asked me to send a photo verifying proof of registration which I did not do

They initially charged me $2 for a trial period and subsequently billed me $59.99 and $29.99 for Beingfitonline.com and Newcaridoflow.com which are both the same website
