Purchased a pair of pants that took a month to deliver. They did not fit so wanted to return them. Filled out the online form to start the return process. Received an email saying they would give me 50% back and 50% off my next purchase. I indicated I wanted a full refund and ask for the address to mail the pants back. After sending three separate emails asking for this information and not getting a reply, I gave up and agreed to getting a 50% refund and keeping the pants. They immediately refunded me 50%. I could not get them to tell me why I couldn’t get a full refund and return the pants. Their website does not provide a phone number to call. I believe this is a foreign company pretending to be a US company.
