I ordered 11 shirts mid November, shipping label was created, then I keep getting updates but the product hasn’t left Jamaica NY. Says awaiting pick up from the USPS.

I paid for items on beepumpkin.com that were never received. I received a fake tracking number that never had any information of the package ever being picked up. BeePumpkin just keeps pushing me off and telling me to keep waiting. No push to look into why USPS says it was never picked up from BeePumpkin. They refuse to ship a new product out either. The only responses I get are to keep waiting more days and come back and am then told to keep waiting.

I ordered a set of shirts from a Facebook ad. Immediately after I began looking up more information and found the company had bad reviews so I asked to cancel the order the same day, this was on Nov 21st. They have continued to respond with “please be patient while we get your order ready” then weeks later they sent me a tracking number (on Dec 7th). As of today Dec 16th, the tracking number “can not be found” in the link sent to me by the company. I have requested a full refund a total of 6 times and they have neither provided a refund or the product.
