Ordered a framed print on 2/16 for $36.85 after shipping cost. USPS tracking has never changed from "Label Created". Email that was sent to cust service came back undeliverable. Support phone numbers invalid (one in CA rings to voicemail & one in DC is not a valid number). Buyer beware. Have disputed charge with my bank and plan to file complaint with BBB.

I saw an ad on Facebook for the company promoted by the scammer. I was directed to the website which looked legitimate and ordered a medical tumbler for my sister’s birthday who is a nurse. The tumbler was $41.98 after shipping and was supposed to be sent in 5-7 days. After seven days I’m not hearing back from the company I reached out using the tillable form on their website. After a few days of not hearing back from them I called the number on the website and was forwarded to voicemail. I called a couple of days later and someone answered who did not claim to know anything about the company. I have disputed the charge with my credit card looking to initiate a chargeback for the amount of the transaction. I’ve taken all steps that I can to resolve the issue on my own but have been unsuccessful.
