Bed bath and beyond

So we have been scammed I am so mad because I spent over $100 dollars only to get a email saying it was delivered at 10p.m Sunday evening. Has anyone been able to get their money back? Just keeps saying it was delivered then I contacted cash app that’s the card I used and they rushed me off the phone saying they can’t give me any information on why my claim was denied when they can see that this is a scam

I went n bought a bed called johnnay uphorstered storage bed off this site I have screen shots from them went to check my status on the already paid 59.99 bed frame in its said my tracking number didn't exist number wasnt valid so I went on my fb to find the page I order from n now it's going did pay by credit card & hopefully I can get my money back on my card

Yes I had the same issue my bank couldn’t find the transaction even though I saw it and cash app rushed me off the phone and keeps denying my requests for refund so I think they are in cohoots with this scammer

I found a charge today, 4/28/2021 for $29.00 from BB&B#651 I didn't order anything from this store.

Very disappointing that a reputable company such as this has allowed such a transaction and has not taken actions to correct the problem, they have lost all of my business forever. Everyone who has shopped at any Bed, Bath, and Beyond to immediately stop and take your business elsewhere. All for a $29.00 charge that I did not authorize.

RE: $29 charge. Might this be for signing up to be a Bed Bath and Beyond "Beyond+ Member"? They will auto charge your card every year if you are a "Beyond+ Member" until you cancel this membership. Here is my latest message from the store regarding my membership: "Your membership is about to be auto renewed! The Preferred Credit Card we have on file will be charged $29 plus applicable tax on 03/31/2021." "Log in to the Bed Bath & Beyond account associated with your membership. To ensure you continue enjoying your BEYOND+® benefits, please
confirm your Preferred Credit Card and billing address information
no later than 48 hours prior to your renewal date of 03/31/2021. Go to the Credit Cards section and click edit on the Preferred Credit Card. Then confirm that your credit card and billing information are up to date." This will not stop until you cancel your membership with them. A simple call should resolve future automated transactions associated with the membership. Hope this was helpful.

My daughter's credit card number was used to make a purchase, online, from BB&B and another mechant. Good thing her bank contracted her regarding one of the tranactions and closed her accoutn. The part that was scary is the onlin perpetrator had her name, address and phone number, but a different email address. The BB&B item was sent to our home address, along with the other purchase.

I checked by checking account statement on 8/24/20 and found a charge for $190.54. I have never been in this store in my life. I have canceled this card to prevent further charges. i will call the number listed for this store to find out further what is going on.

Charge showed up for $259.79 on our CC that appeared to be from our local BB & beyond store. We called the store & they said it was not them and opened a fraud case for the charges. After googling I found this company is not the real Bed Bath & Beyond & has a history of charging random & sometimes multiple charges on people's cards. We are stopping our Credit card & reporting it to our bank before they can hit it again.

We noticed a charge out of our bank account for $29.00 from BB&B Store #651out of New Jersey. I knew we had not shopped at BB&B at our local location and I knew we had never bought anything online. I Googled the Store # for this Store’s location and was shocked to see all of these people having been stolen from as well! Now, I need to check my credit cards to see if they have used them as well!
