I called bed bath and beyond's gift card inquiries and it took me to a person asking if I could hear her, her name was Jessica, after telling her I didn't want there life alert they contiuned talk then I knew it was a scam so I hung up. then I called back and it said I could not reach this number from my area.

They were selling clearance Christmas trees with all kinds of movable part such s a carosel, ferris wheel, and more. advertised trees as 4 or 6 foot tall. I ordered from a facebook ad the first time andwhat looked like Bed Bath & Beyond website the second time. Since This happened to me I have seen these ads all over sites, even Microsoft start page.

I saw an advertisement on Facebook and I recognized the name, bed bath & beyond and thought it was legit because they were in the news about going out of business. I purchased the items in late June early July and haven’t received anything I continually reach out to them and ask about a refund I keep getting the same email different name of individual responds sometimes saying they applied for yet I just need to be patient. It’s October like how long do they expect me to wait? First I tried requesting a refund from cash app cause that’s how I paid for the items they kept denying the claim then they closed my account and when I called them the person ask me to hold on to see can she help then she comes back to the phone and says a speech while I’m asking her maam how is this possible then she hung up on me before saying she is unable to provide reasons why the claim was denied.

I saw an add on Facebook for going out of business sale on bunkbeds. I purchased one. I received a confirmation email and everything looked legit. No products were delivered. I still receive emails saying its on the way but its been 2 months and when i try to track the package the tracking number doesn't exist.

I purchased items 30.00, I didn’t order much cause I wanted to make sure I get my purchase 1st. I received conformation and tracking number. It went through the stages of being shipped. When it got to my home town it said delivered and signed. I never got my purchase nor did I sign for it. Rip off.

It was a Closing sale for Bath and Beyond( items were marked very low… more than 70% marked down). Once I paid the email came back with the company name ScamPulse.com ( no address, no phone number to contact). Only an email that said [email protected]

I contacted them several times because my order was never received but per their tracking info. It was delivered. They email me back stating it was delivered.. I reached out several times. I went to UPS, FedEx, Post office they all said that tracker number was fake!!! I never got my order or my money back!!

They appeared to be “liquidating” for bed bath and beyond. I ordered products and never received them. When I emailed them at the address the email came back as undeliverable and and then when I tried the website again it said “website not found”.

They pose as Bath Bath & Beyond, I thought they was a legit American company. The Item was a (Queen) air mattress with a head board. I ordered the item 8/26/23 and I received a order number ******************. I tried to contact them about my order numerous times and still haven't heard from them I saw the add on Face Book and this is the second time. Also another scam was used by China using Amazon,

I clicked on the FB website ordered suitcases and paper towels . It appeared like a regular sale with taxes. Including a guaranteed secure site and transaction. It said I would get a confirmation and didn't receive it or the products. The money was charged to my account.

Saw on news about bed bath and beyond scam and have gotten emails everyday since Sunday sept 10. Have not opened them at all . Was not a regular shopper there but did order at holiday several years ago. Wasn’t sure how to approach it and knew they were not safe to open

I ordered from them. After 30 days and tracking numbers, they claim it was delivered. So I contacted them to claim it was not delivered. I also contacted my bank at this time. They claimed they would redeliver. Another 30 days, another tracking number, they claim it was delivered. The exact date/time they claimed delivery we were sitting with the door open. They cannot/will not provide PROOF of delivery aka no photos/signatures. Have been in contact with several people (6) claiming to be from the company and assuring me they were "legitimate". Nothing has been delivered but the bank credited my account for purchases not delivered.

I went on these 3 sites , and thought they were Legit and purchased $622.61 dollars worth of merchandise from them, received a conformation an all the merchandise I purchased , and never received any of my orders, then after checking on these companys, which I should have done before I made any orders I got Ripped off for $622.61. I reported this to the Federal Trade Commission, and my local police Dept.

Made the order for products they said was from bed bath and beyond closeout sale. Paid for all the items, even got updates where my items were, last update was sent to my email was August 30, said it was in baton rouge.la. was out for delivery. Never received, sent email to [email protected].
