I purchased a journal off of the website. February 18th. It is now march 12th. No journal

It supposedly shipped Feb 19th. There was no tracking info until about a week ago. And it says its coming from China. The last entey says in transit and the date switches every few days. But the previous date is never there. I have emailed the company's contact us email and also 2 other emails that were on the reciept they sent me a dozen times and have not got any response at all. So seems like they just took my money and are making it look like theres tracking. Im not getting nothing.
