The man said he represented Bechmann and associates which was a law firm used by California attorney general to take legal action to collect a debt. In this case credit card debt. Stated debt could be settled for a much lower amount but had to be done today or legal action will result. Cant locate this law firm., but they do have my husbands personal info. Am afraid this may be a scam.

On Thursday, September 7 I received a voice message from a company claiming that they were a law firm, and they were informing me that I have a case number regarding a complaint regarding a loan or a credit card that was issued back on 2008 for a total of approximately 10,000.I called the number back +1 (440) 214-1441.And they have all my confidential info such as SSN ,address and phone number. I refused to comply to their demands and they threatened me with a lawsuit if payment was not made instantly.
