Ordered makeup brushes from beautikolor and they tried to scam me for more money

There was an AD on Instagram with the famous Glitz and Glam Makeup brushes that directed me to the site "beautikolor" (beautykolor.com). Once i went to the page i read the legal notices and everything seemed legit. I placed an order of three brush sets for $60 and gave them like 4 days before contacting them. They never did! So i emailed them at [email protected] and i got a message that the email doesn't exist. I also selected contact us on my mobile phone and it directed my email to "[email protected]" and of course they never replied either. After a few days i froze my debit card so i can see if they actually try to scam me for more and they did ! they tried to make a purchase from a UK site. Luckily my card was frozen but i contacted my bank immediately. They had a contact us area that reflected an address in California and the customer service number doesn't work. I reported it to Instagram but they still have the page up. i also reported the website numerous times and it is still up. Now the site has a different address which is reflecting in "Delaware" in the USA. They actually added "new items" and i want to expose them as they clearly have no regards for anyone and they wont stop!
