I purchased the revolving shoe rack on June 20, 2023. I finally checked on the "tracking order" number and it says it was delivered to an address in Oregon on 07/03/23. I live in North Carolina. I messaged twice and got no response. Now when I click on the web address in my email, it says store is not available. I should've researched this before. Lesson learned.

I order a shoes rack online for the cost of $50. I received tracking number via email. Took a few weeks then the status says delivered. When I checked it was delivered to a Florida address and I live in New York. I reached out to them via email, and they responded and apologies that then item was delivered to the wrong address. They promised to send a new item and a gift which I’m yet to receive. I’ve reached out multiple times since and no response.

I ordered a shoe rack I had seen advertised on instagram. I received tracking and after several weeks the tracking was showing the item delivered to TX when I'm in CA and never entered a TX address. I emailed them and received a prompt response with an apology and they would right it by re-sending the item plus an addition at no extra charge. That email was 7/5 and I've heard nothing since. I've reached out asking for tracking of the new item and nothing. My last email stated I wanted tracking info or a full refund or I'd be reporting them, and here we are.

Fake website selling interior design items like full length mirrors. All normal at first - website, checkout process etc, paid via credit card - shipping took forever but was being updated, eventually it said 'delivered' but nothing was ever received. Reached out about the issue, they responded a few times with odd suggestions like they were re-routing the package and would include an extra item for free etc. I asked for a full refund and never heard back after that even though I reached out many times. Never received anything.
