I purchased an item online from this site, They charged my account sent me tracking number, I continued to track this number for 21 days, with no luck except label created waiting for shipper,still tracking, says now it was delivered , but no information to where, and still no response from this site.

The said theyre were sending a leaf bag collector for a birthday gift, theycontacted me numerous times saying my card didn't go through. My credit card company caught the purchae, but somehow my card was still charged. My credit card company is investigating as well!!
