They will not fix repairs. Had termites, mold, leaks in roof, bad plumbing and a water heater that leaked for almost 6 months. They let you live like animals in their apartments. Do your research and stay away from this company. Yolie Whitlow is horrible and never answers phone. Owner of apartments Amit isn't any better for letting this happen

Beachside rentals altered my lease , they changed it and tried to present it back to me and convince me that I was the one that was wrong, and then she immediately a notice to end tenancy.
She is the absolute worst person I have ever met. She will do anything for money.

Terrible, obese dumb woman.

Tony Whitlow and Yoli Donna Whitlow found me on zillow from there listing on 444 west 4th street. They asked to meet at the location wanted 35 an application paid even though my fiance and I already paid 29 dollars a piece on Zillow so Rental companies can find us. Yoli/Donna and Tony Whitlow wanted cash upfront 1000.00 dollars without having me sign any rental agreements. I called the company. Where I supposedly sent my credit application and they have never heard of us or those 3 individuals. Please stop them from scamming other people. Help. To much to write.
