On 02/16/2021 I went to my bank they wired $ 10820.00 B&C Tractor at Bank Of America in New York.Ny target bank 026009593 the name was Alejandro Castillo Morales account 898121776250.... I called a bunch of times and email ever day on March 8 i went to my bank and told my loan officer to try to get my money back seining how they sent it .

I was searching for a used tractor online and came across their website. I sent an email saying I was interested in purchasing one of the tractors they showed on their website. I was contacted by email and sent a brief history of their company and how they were a seller of tractors that had been repossessed. I chose the tractor I wanted and was sent a settlement invoice with the instructions for payment. The payment was to be made by wire transfer to a Bank of America in Charlotte NC at 7911 Providence Rd. into what they said was an escrow account that would be held there until I received the tractor. They sent me an email to say payment had been received and that my tractor would be delivered on March 25/21. The tractor did not arrive. I then sent an email asking what happened and was told that due to the demand on their transport services it would not arrive until Tuesday march 30/21.

I didn't get any prior call to say that delivery date had changed. I then decided to go back and check and check the ScamPulse.com website I had checked them out on before I sent payment to find that a scam alert was now posted about this company and that they were scammers using another business' name.
