We have been charged 49 a month. Since Oct. I believed it was part of BCBS by the way it shows in my bank statement. I never authorized this and the lady that answered told me my husband got enrolled because he signed up with mutal of omaha. We cancelled mutual of omaha back in May and of course they kept billing us. I told the lady they were a scam and she told me it wasn't her fault if I had not been informed of how they work. Whichbis to get your money to do nothing.Stay away from both companies and cancel as soon as you can. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM.

I have the same experience as reported above.I am charged $29.97 monthly and did not sign up with them! I dont know how they got my information but did not give it to them myself! Ill try to have my bank cut them off tomorrow!

I don't know what this is for but they take 29..97 out of my account every mònth.month.. I tried calling them to find an answer they would hang ùp.Theý claim they are connected to the Obama care act.,but they are phoney.They scammed us.

I’ve been trying to get through for months. About 4 months ago I called because I questioned the charge on my checking account. My banker said they would reject the charges and BC Benefit called me in two minutes. I cannot get through to anyone. I roll around the phone system like a rag doll back and forth to the answering service forward to customer service then disconnect. I call the direct number I was given to custom service and get forwarded to a “receptionist”. I ask where her office is located and she’s not in a physical office. Why do you need a receptionist of you have an answering service and the receptionist is not in the office.

I have not been sent any emails that were promised and I have no benefit number or cards to use these services. My dentist and eye doctors have no idea who this company is.

Call your Bank immediately and they can stop payment on it. that is the only way it will stop this scam. I talked to someone last month and they even gave me a cancelation #. Means nothing. Do it today. I was lucky to have caught it when it did. I lost out on $250.00. My bank can refund the last payment, & I will pay $35, to have it permanently stopped. So basically will only cost me $10 to rid myself of this scam.

I canceled this finally last month in May. They gave me a cancelation # and yet again in June they charged me again. I want this cleared up, as I get nothing out of this. I have lost enough money, $239.00, and reading they have scammed a lot of other people also. My Cancelation # is CXL2998 . I will also demand a refund for this month. When I signed for my Medicare Plan (N)with a broker (in July 2020), they signed me for a Prescription Program as well. I received my card from the supplemental insurer and never received a card, phone number, instructions - NOTHING from this other Prescription Program. I was under the assumption my Pharmacy was working with them all this time. When I had a medication changed, I was alerted that there is no card, or phone number for this service I've been paying $29.97 for the last 21 months. When I call, at first I got an answer (surprising), but the person pretended he could not hear me. I have yet to get another answer to the phone calls. I cannot stop this transaction-will need to get my bank involved and in the meantime they are STILL taking my money. I have lost over $600 already. THEY ARE A FRAUD/scammer! Please help

I did not sign up for this service, but found a charge from them pending for my checking acct. I'm disputing it as fraud!

Benefits Center 2 has repeatedly charged my card for some membership that I have never signed up. No way to get a hold of this company either.

I routinely check my bank account. This month when I looked, I found a withdrawn I didn't make. I looked it up online and called the, number associated, by the way I find it very strange that they only have the one phone number. I got the standard ple[censored]d I'll transfer you. I called back and got the same routine, I wasn't even given time to say anything.
Yes I'm over 65 and I've never had things like this happen till this year. Welcome to the electronic age.
I don't make enough money to be paying some lowlife to scam me. How do I get my money back?

Call your bank and tell them what’s happening so you can file fraud docs with them and your bank can reject future payments and any past payments can be reversed as well.

These scammers prey on the elderly. There is NO card, no discount and nothing but fraud. The website is a sham and they don't answer their phone. Had to report them for credit card fraud on behalf of the lady I care for. BEWARE!

this is supposed to be a discount card but I don't even remember what for. I've been paying 30 dollars a month since March 2020 and I called to cancel and no one answers, there's no message telling me I've reached them after hours, the website is static and there's no menu or links that are clickable. There's no way to reach them to cancel. They are drafting the money from my checking account

These people preyed upon my mother who has Dementia to sign up for a medical discount card in which they identified as "Medicare Supplement Plan" and charge her 29.97 each month around the 16th or 17th of the month. I went on their website and they say you can cancel at any time. I called 10 times, not exaggerating, they transferred my call and purposely disconnected me each time I was transferred. Today on 3/10/20 they suspiciously ach withdrew $29.97 from my mom's account out of the normal withdrawal timeframe. I have reported and disputed with my mom's bank and they are investigating it.

They charge me the same amount! I am going to have my bank cut them off.
