They claim to be the BBB. They have access to my credit report because they gave specifics about last 4 digits of SSN, specific accounts and their dollar amounts. They are claiming they can consolidate my accounts and give me a lower rate. I know this is NOT a function of the BBB. They have called several times and each time it is a different number. They even called with a caller ID of Citi Bank where they gave me specific info about that account.
