I sent my daughters softball bat to them to get rolled. I was told that once I send it they will roll it the same day and send it out the next day. It also states that on their website as well. It has been almost 3 weeks and I can not get a hold of them. I call and it goes to voicemail but you can not leave a message because the voicemail box is full. I have sent them several emails as well and have not gotten a response yet either. Their website about their services are not accurate. I am about to take the 6 hour drive down to their store in order to get some answers. I have attached a photo of their claims of the turn around times on their website. I guess I trusted the wrong people.

I order on the website http://www.batdoctor.net/index.html of the bat doctor a softball bat and paid by pay pal. They contacted me and Told me that the bat is nog longer available. I asked for a full refund. But after 6 months and 25 emails later they won't give me my money back and won't answer my emails. So watch out this is a SCAM/FRAUD site. Dont buy anything!! people how ar not honost don't deserve the business.
