DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Never received a confirmation email which was a red flag right off the bat. After almost a month of not receiving my product. I checked the order status. Hadn't been shipped. Inquired about my order, took a week to respond. They said they needed time to produce the product. I requested to have the order canceled and refund my money. They didn't cancel, and emailed back trying to talk me out of it. After I insisted, and told them I'd be disputing the transaction with my bank they finally said they would cancel, but NEVER REFUNDED MY MONEY! I'm furious and hope that no one else becomes victim of this. I usually read reviews before ordering from a company I'm unfamiliar with, should have prior to ordering. Hope this saves others from the hassle and loss I've experienced.

I mailed 46.00 $ to this company for a pull over tito's long sleeve and they mailed me a Coors Light long sleeve. I would never wear this. I have emailed them at least 7 times and they have not returned a email. They should refund or resend the correct item. Rotten company!

My wife ordered a 'Yellowstone' series barn jacket from BasaChic. It cost $60.00 some dollars and it's been weeks since the order and had never arrived. I can't call BasaChic, since no number is provided. I have emailed them countless times with an 'Emily' answering the following:

I have emailed them multiple times with no response or a candid response. I assume I am out the money, but wanted to report this company to prevent anyone else from getting taken.

On 8-25-2020 I ordered 2 epmen clothing items on website Basachic.com. Payment was given via paypal for the amount $55.23 and receipt was given once transaction was complete. Copies of order and transaction are attached. 2 weeks later I emailed them to ck on status of order. They responded with an apology and told me orders were delayed due to covid and to "be patient". 2 weeks later I emailed them asking where my order was. They responded with the same message and said they would give me a discount once it was shipped. The folliwing week I emailed them requesting they forget the order and refund my money. They responded telling me my order would be shipped the following week. Since then I have emailed them several times requesting my refund with no response from them. The website us still active. Please SHUT THEM DOWN and hold them accountable. Thanks.
