BarbaraDever.com is not a reliable clothing business. The advertisements do not match the product that is received and they will not refund your money in spite of what is stated on their website. I ordered two shawls. I received months after ordering is cheap acrylic fabric. Poor quality. I am filing this complaint so that others are not scammed.

The website Barbara Dever Boutique came across my screen when I ran a search for Ortopaedic shoes so I looked and saw a pair. I ordered size 7 and paid 75.00. The next morning, I attempted to cancel because I found another site where the same shoes were 35.00. BUT THEY WOULD NOT LET ME CANCEL. They have no phone number. It's all done by email. They sent me over 25 emails saying, item on way....for a few weeks. Got the item and there is NO SIZE on the cheap shoes that are NOT ORTHOPAEDIC SHOES!! Emailed to get refund and they REFUSE TO REFUND...they offer 15% refund !! WHAT????!!! NO WAY.. Oh, it also CLEARLY says on their website, "We only SHIP WITHIN THE US"..LIE, LIE>,LIE. They said I'd have to ship shoes back to CHINA!!! cost 35.00 to ship!!! NO WAY!!!!!!!!!!!!! WHAT A SCAM!!! I"M LIVID!!!

This fake “Boutique” advertises that they are selling clothing and shoes at an expensive price that looks to be good quality and worth the money. The two outfits were supposed to be denim and they arrived sewn completely wrong and as a cheap polyester. The red sandals that were $59.95 are a cheap red plastic. I emailed the “Boutique” right away stating I was not satisfied and would return the items for a full refund and they are refusing. Do not buy anything from this company. It will not be as the picture shown and you can not return it although they have a return policy stated on their website.
