There was an offer on Instagram to purchase Balsam Hill Christmas trees at a huge discount. The site used the Balsam Hill logo and the webpage was very detailed. The tree I purchased was to be shipped by fed ex. I received confirmation of my purchase from what appeared to be Balsam Hill. I received tracking information that was in Chinese. When I did not get the tree I contacted the customer service information which was christmas-big sales.com. I got an email response from Amy that said my package was delivered to my local post office. There of course was no such delivery. This Amy even sent me a copy of the shipping label! All a scam. The company only took the amount I paid for the tree which I have recovered from my credit company. I believe that they sold my email information because I have been getting random emails from all over the world since I placed the order.
