Mark Churchman, the owner of www.Ballosouthadventures.com came to the mall in Franklin, TN on December, 24th 2022. He had a display set up in the center of the mall where he brought in his actual Ballon Basket he claimed to use to provide rides. He had flyers and information available. The original flyers he used had the number 615-478-7961 on them. We called multiple times and were never able to get through to anyone as the number was never set up to voice mail. We attempted to email and call many times with no luck. I then began googling the company and came across a Facebook page and messaged through the FB page. Mark responded and gave me his phone number on 770-912-0479. He strung us along via text message for several weekends stating he would finally be moving to the Nashville area and would be ready to take people up on flights. He never would contact us, we were always the ones who would contact him, he would always state that he would confirm a day/time based on weather, etc., but he never reached out to us with any scheduled time or date. At this time, we would like a credit to our original payment source so we can take a ride with a reputable company and not have to endure anymore frustration having to deal with Mr. Chruchman.
