I even asked the baker if I needed to put a date ahead to ensure it got to me on time, she said she was automatically set to ensure it was there a day prior. To my surprise November 29th comes and I have no package so after calling, texting, messaging, and practically blowing up the bakers phone she finally responds and says that she shipped the order out 2 day express on November 26th and if it was not there by 12pm on the 30th to let her know. Well I let her know when it didn’t come and after having to once again blow up her phone telling her to refund my purchase once the party passed she says she did. She told me it would take 7-10 business days to show in my account. Yet today is December 18th and I have no order as well as no product. She blocked me telling me as I blew up her phone asking where my refund was as she ignored me. I have proof of her doing it to others and then never receiving product or refund. She said she’s closed on Monday’s so today would be the deadline for my refund… which I know is not true because it would be based on the banks hours not hers, yet I still have no money.
