It's a pyramid scheme. They target college graduates and young adults who don't know better . There is a huge turnover rate. No training provided.Gustavo is the manager and he just yells. He claims it's "motivational". They encourage omitting information just to make a sale. They rent only one room and it's called rent 24. So there is no official office. I still haven't gotten paid from them yet and it's been weeks. they constantly change their company name to get away from the bad reviews so be aware. Marketing companies are a cover for pyramid scams I applied for customer service representative and when I got there it was really door to door sales. It's a multi-level marketing company and it's a legal way to create pyramid scams. They mostly post on ZipRecruiter/online job sites and then remove their old postings and put new ones with the new company name after.

They rent one room in the building and it's called rent 24. They constantly change the company's name to get away from the bad reviews . They have a HUGE turnover rate. They say they are looking for customer service representative but really they are looking for people to do door to door sales. No training provided. It's a pyramid scheme. They just gave the different positions fancy titles to make it look legit. When customers get upset, it's all on you. There is no HR which is horrible. They encourage to leave out details to customers just so you sell. I'm still waiting for my payment from them. It's delayed. Gustavo is the manager and he just yells all the time. But he views it as being "motivational". They hunt for college graduates/young adults who don't know any better. My co-workers convinced me to stay a bit longer but they are brainwashed. So listen to your gut when it's telling you to quit. Most likely, it's for a reason.
