I found a business that sells "Lisa Frank" style horror jewelry. I placed an order on August 31, 2023 using the pay in 4 option with Shop Pay. On September 13, I emailed to inquire about my order and received an email stating it would be mailed out on Sept 18. On Sept 19, the USPS received Pre-shipment information and since nothing has changed. I have reached out multiple times and have received nothing but excuses since. There is no address on the website for the business and looking at the tracking on the "Shop" app is stating that m y package is still at the same place in Riverview, Florida. I am attaching the string of emails that I have sent. I am unsure what to do now since her store is through Shopify and there is no way to file a complaint. Any help you can provide would be appreciated. If you need to contact me by phone, please call 571-277-0009. Thank you.
