They threatened to prosecute me with jail time for writing a bad check they said this took place in 2012. This is something that has never happened. And I explained this to them. They said I owe money to them which I can’t imagine I do. I explained to them that I filed bankruptcy last year and any debts I’d owe would be included in that if I had any. They continued to threaten jail time for this debt and that it was a bad check. Which was never done.
