I ordered a block set from Babies Mall online using my debit card on 10/18/2025. The amount for the merchandise was immediately drafted from my bank account. I recieved absolutely no follow up email regarding the purchase that was made. Immediately after entering my debit card information on Babies Mall, I recieved a call from my bank's fraud department. The fraud department informed me that they noticed suspicious activity on my account and were checking to see if it was me who was attempting to make several purchases for several hundreds of dollars. I let my bank know that it was not me attempting to make those purchases that followed my initial purchase. I still have not gotten a follow up email regarding the item I purchased. After not hearing anything from Babies Mall, I did a Google review of the "company", and that's where I saw other complaints from customers that had been scammed by the "company" Babies Mall.
