Same experience here, ordered 2 smart locks. Was provided a UPS number (from a print shop) never received order lost $223.50

My boyfriend recently purchased a garage door opener from babiecat.shop for 225$ and it was supposedly delivered but we have not received it and when we contacted UPS they told us that the tracking number we were given is not under my boyfriends name. We tried contacting the company it was bought from and the number listed is not a working number and we have emailed multiple times with no response. They also had a text response (41309) so we texted the number and we got an automatic response that says “thank you for contacting pet flow, our business hours are 10am-6pm eastern time. Also when you google the address it is a regular home and the google pictures for this site show a small business ship with numbers 4171 on the door so it is clearly not the same address as shown on the website.
