I do agree with a few of the reviews that are already posted. I also thought this company was from the US, Wyoming. The address is on the website and I thought I was supporting a local business. Unfortunately, I am not. This is very misleading information. If I would have known the item came from China I wouldn't have bought it. Now it is a fight to get my money back for misleading information they have given. If you look up the address it is a field with a house in the background.
This company refuses to do refunds. The emails you receive from them do not solve the issues at hand. Start to make complaints to the BBB. With fraudulent information online and refuses to issue refunds eventually it will catch up to them. An email doesn't fix everything! With this company, they take the money and run!

Purchased bracelet on 12/13/2022. Post office reports electronic tracking but when I go to the USPS website they have not received the item.. to send. There is no way to contact them except support messenger which I have tried 2X with no response. After seeing all of these complaints they should be reported to the Better Business Bureau.

Saw the nice bracelets for my sons on Instagram - also added one for my daughter in law... I've been sending emails - after numerous they replied they still need my ID - gave them my ID and still nothing - tracking number shows not shipped yet? Since November 05 2022 really are there no trustworthy people anymore - this was expensive and once again I thought its for a good course but really - scammed once again!

I saw their ad on Instagram and I purchased a leather bracelet for my son 3 weeks ago. The tracking number Awareness Avenue provided said that my order was out for delivery, but nothing ever arrived. I've emailed both their customer service and support email address with no reply whatsoever! This is a horrible representation of the cause they support on top of non-existent customer service. I feel like I've been scammed.

I have paid for 2 mother daughter rings and I am starting to think I have been scammed 😔 I have reached out to them numerous amounts of times on email, Facebook, Facebook messenger, but I get no reply! So livid!

Ordered a ring off their website via Facebook. They say they have several shops in US, the county in which I live, but their shipping carrier is in some Asian country. No update on shipping, tried email and facebook messenger contacting, get no response. I requested this order be canceled immediately so I don't continue paying via the Shop app. Still no response.

I ordered 3 pieces of jewelry ALL stating they were sterling silver. They are NOT! Buyer beware. NO sterling. May be stainless steel?
Also, within ONE MINUTE of placing my order, I realized I put the wrong size. I tried MULTIPLE TIMES AND MULTIPLE WAYS to reach them but NO RESPONSE AT ALL. I now want a refund and there is NO ONE returning any of my attempts to reach them AGAIN. BUYER BEWARE! They do NOT CARE! Look elsewhere for your jewelry and save yourself from the SCAM!

I am from South Africa. I checked and double checked if this was a legit company, read all the positive reviews and decided to go ahead and ordered a chain on the 4th December 2021, received a tracking no. My parcel was floating around Shanghai and on the 10th December 2021suddenly the tracking came to a halt. It is now the 24th December and after numerous emails and promises, they inform me they have reshipped my “rings” with a new tracking no. I did not order rings! I ordered a chain. !
It seems I was scammed, shame on you ! Should I eventually receive my order, I will certainly apologize on this platform, but I am honestly not holding my breath.!

I was at first very sceptical about this company after reading all the negative comments on this site. I ordered my daughter's ring on 29/08/2021 and it was delivered on 30/09/2021. The ring is beautiful and of very high quality. I am very happy. I will definitely order more jewelry from Awareness Avenue.

I have ordered a necklace from them on 10 September 2021. If I check my tracking information, it keeps telling me it is in transit, but nothing is happening. I am so disappointed as I need this as a gift and they keep saying it is in transit. Every time the excuse is that the tracking system is not updating their data. I honestly is very disappointed in them, as I was on the point of ordering some more stuff, but it seems that everybody is having problems with them.

Also if you are a legit company why no responses to questions or you take days to respond. This does not put anyone mind at ease.

This company buys its products from aliexpress a Chinese eBay. If you go to aliexpress and write any of the wordings or slogans on their jewelry you'll find it there for 1/4th the price that they sell it for.
They "drop ship", which means this stuff comes directly to your door from China. They buy it on aliexpress and put your information in for shipping..that's why it takes everyone here 7-14 days to get their jewelry. Their location is some fake shipping/post business building that is in the U.S.A. Do they honestly care about the cause? Ofcourse not, you're getting ripped off by 5x the price, to buy from them.. while they sucker you in with their facebook ads. Ask them if any of their claimed donations actually gets submitted.

Hello mazy, this is CEO Mikkel Guldberg Hansen of Awareness Avenue and because I believe you are spreading misinformation about my company I am here to respectfully reply to your comment, so that others who unfortunately read your comment in the future at least might decide to give our service a chance if they are able to also read my response here.

1. You claim we buy our products from Aliexpress and eBay in order to "dropship".

I assume you don't actually know how my business or the intricate systems and relationships we have developed work. Therefore I consider this to simply be an assumption based on some personal research you may have done. The fact simply is, that the claim is entirely false. We do not purchase our products from either of those platforms. Over the years I have personally seen to the development of our relationships with certified sterling silver factories in both China, Europe and the USA. Yes, it would have been easier to "drop ship", yes it would have been cheaper. But I consider myself an honest person and I hold my customers in the highest regard, since, without them, we would not be here and we would not be able to help and inspire people by the thousands as we have done in recent years.

All of our jewelry, some of which is shipped from China, some of which shipped from the EU and the USA is certified materials and of the highest possible standards that can be achieved for low range metals. Why did I do this? To keep the experience of receiving the jewelry as fantastic as possible, whilst also being able to keep our price point low enough so that most people can enjoy our products.

2. You claim our location is a fake building in the USA.

Here I would have to assume you simply haven't done any research at all. Our business is registered in Northern Europe in Denmark. The business address is not public as it's my personal home and here in my home I personally check and vet every single item we sell on our website. Yes, we do have a post box in the USA. Why do we have that? Because from a logistical point of view, it's a lot easier for our American customers, if need be, to return their item to a postbox in their own country and then leave it to my team to handle the rest. Furthermore a lot of paperwork simply can't be done in a manageable way without this solution, so yes, we have that in place. It is however not fake.

3. You claim we do not care about our course.

This too is simply a false statement. You do not know me, you do not know my team. I have an entire document that's filled with personal stories from our customers that we have gathered via intimate conversions over email and messenger support. All of those stories are testament to how our products have changed peoples lives and in some cases even saved their lives. I will also right here address this line you made: "Ask them if any of their claimed donations actually gets submitted." Yes, I have every single receipt of every single donation to NAMI since we started that campaign. Has it been every month? No. Why? Because in my pursuit of building a proper company with products of proper quality I have not always been successful in having profitable months. However at every given opportunity we have donated exactly as stated on our website and I have personal thanks from NAMI too after a conversation with them from 2019.

4. You claim our customers are getting ripped off by 5x the price.

This feeds back into your first argument about Aliexpress. I know a lot about the suppliers on Aliexpress. Most of the jewelry in this price range is sold as some kind of alloy. This is an extremely cheap and low quality piece of metal that will oxidize and fade very quickly upon use. We simply do not sell these products. In fact in many cases my team and I have designed our own items and done our own photography, an example is our entire line of "I am enough" jewelry, only to find out afterwards that our jewelry designs were copied and stolen by Aliexpress suppliers, even Amazon and Etsy too, and then sold as something else at a much lower price point. Sadly there is not much that can be done in these cases, because copyright laws simply don't apply in the China in the same way.

I am sorry to read your comment here. It hurts me deeply as I am proud of my company and grateful to every single one of my customers. If this comment is made from resentment, because we may have caused you a bad experience then please accept my personal apology. I fell for this scam unfortunately, as mental health is a big thing in my family and I wanted to get rings for everyone to remind them to keep moving on. Unfortunately the rings did not fit and when I contacted them for a return address they gave me the one in china, which I cannot return to as the mail carries cannot input the information to send it back ( i.e city ). This is a really big let down as the whole website is "devoted" to bringing awareness to mental health when in reality all they are doing is using mental health to scam people into buying products from their website. Never once when I was buying the rings did it say that it was coming from china or that it would have to be returned to china. I feel like that is a big thing to leave out, when people are purchasing things, especially when their pieces are not that cheap. I feel scammed and quite honestly stupid that I fell for this, but I can say never again will I be purchasing from them and I steer all people away from buying from them.

I bought a ring in November 2019. I received it but had regretted my purchase. In the beginning they answered and gave me a return address. They also confirmed receiving the returned item. But since may they are not answering and I still haven’t received my money back. The worst company ever to rip off their customers:(

I ordered a ring Feb 29,2020. The company took my money. Gave me a tracking number. Shows package was coming from China. In April contact company as package has not moved, still in China since March 5. Was told to give it one more week, if doesnt move they will reship Package dis not move. Ask for refund or reship. Was told it would reship and wait for new tracking number. 2 weeks later still has not reshipped. Again contacted company, want refund. This time told they can reship until other package comes back to them and will not refund. But what if oackage is lost, they dont care, so I have no package and no money. Unfortunately I fell for this scam. I purchased two rings and bracelet as we just lost my father to cancer and I felt this would be an amazing reminder daily that we can get through this. I placed my order in February, they took my payment, and sent me a tracking number. Unfortunately this tracking number and page has stated the same thing since March 3, 2020. Sad this organization feeds on those who truly are seeking some form or daily remembrance to help them on their path of healing.
